Best Time to do CardioIn your effort to look your best in order to be more attractive to women you probably are engaged in some sort of physical fitness program. Performing cardio is the best way to burn calories, lose the fat and strengthen your heart. So what is the best time to do cardio?

This question has a scientific answer but I want to stay away from anything academic in this particular post.

Choosing a time to do any physical activity requiring a significant amount of exertion on my part needs to be at any time I am most wanting to perform the exercise at hand.

When I was younger I used to run three to five miles every day at 6:00 PM.

I would make it down to Ala Moana Beach Park and run among all of the other fitness fanatics until 7:00 PM each and every day.

As I have gotten quite a bit older and now I am in my fifties I find the best time of the day for me to do my cardio is in the early morning hours.

Getting up at 6:00 AM, drinking one or two cups of coffee and then going out for a very fast walk for an hour seems to be the best schedule for my current cardio needs.

To answer the question of “what is the best time to do cardio?”… it really boils down to what works for you, thus keeping you consistent in performing fitness activities to keep the weight off and your physical fitness levels up.

I know for me it works great as it keeps my waistline very trim and fit while also giving me a mental boost to start my day.

Also, if you are striving to get your six pack abs then you should be performing cardio five or six days a week. As we all know women are truly attracted to men who have a muscular and trim midsection.
