I have had a number of women verbally tell me they really liked my physique over the years. I don’t say this to boast or brag, but to bring to you the importance of having a fit body and how women very much are attracted to a guy who has six pack abs!
At the age of 52, and still possessing a very fit body, I can truly attest to the benefits of being fit and healthy. When I had run into an old friend at the gym whom I had not seen in over ten years, and all he could say was “I can’t believe how ripped you look” I knew I must be on to something in the way I eat, exercise and treat my body.

It is not all that difficult as the various ab machine advertisements may have you believe. What worked for me: watching calories, building muscle, eating vegetarian, daily cardio and getting eight hours of sleep – is certainly not rocket science!
